Dr. Jessica Greenberg, founder of NA Orthodontics, has been providing orthodontic care in North Arlington since 2003 after completing 10 years of training at the University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her B.A in neuroscience, Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Certificate of Orthodontics specialty. Dr. Greenberg is currently clinical faculty and a research advisor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she instructs and mentors residents preparing to become orthodontists, and leads research focused on Molar Incisor Hypomineralization (MIH).

Dr. Rana has been a valued member of NA Ortho since 2016. A New Jersey native, she graduated at the top of her class from the New Jersey Dental School before completing her three-year orthodontic residency at Montefiore Medical Center in New York. There, she gained extensive experience treating patients with a wide range of complex skeletal and dental needs. Known for her warm personality and exceptional skill, Dr. Rana has a special interest in esthetic and efficient orthodontics, helping patients achieve beautiful, confident smiles with comfort and precision.

Dr. Grace earned her Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) and completed her Orthodontic Residency at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with Radiology and Community Oral Health Honors. She has contributed to multiple research projects, including studies on orthodontic incisal positioning, innovative teaching methods in chemistry, and novel ligand synthesis for water remediation, with several publications to her credit.

Dedicated to both clinical excellence and community service, Dr. Grace is fluent in conversational Spanish and is also an accomplished artist. She brings a unique combination of scientific expertise, creativity, and compassion to her work, helping patients feel comfortable and confident throughout their orthodontic journey.

Dr. Jennifer Shahar is a highly trained orthodontist committed to providing exceptional care for children, teens, and adults. She earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Columbia University and went on to complete advanced specialty training in orthodontics at Harvard University where she gained extensive experience in both braces and Invisalign. Dr. Shahar is skilled in managing a wide variety of orthodontic cases — from routine to complex. Patients appreciate her warm, approachable personality and her ability to make treatment both comfortable and efficient.
