There are so many people who avoid orthodontic treatment because they cannot stand the thought of wearing braces or they believe that “they are not a candidate for Invisalign”. For many of these people, today’s Invisalign treatment system is ideal for them. At NA Ortho, we successfully treat complicated cases with Invisalign every day.
Invisalign treatment consists of a series of virtually invisible, clear aligners worn 22 hours a day. The clear aligners are switched every 7-10 days over the course of treatment, gradually straightening your teeth with each aligner. Appointments are usually every 8-10 weeks and Invisalign treatment generally lasts 6-18 months. Aligners are removed to eat, drink, and brush your teeth.
NA Ortho uses the most current braces with "Self Ligating" clip technology. The clips help keep your braces cleaner by eliminating the need for colored elastics and the clips reduce friction in your braces. Reduced friction means more comfort, less tooth pain and quicker treatment for our patients.
By using Self-Ligation technology, we offer our patients:
Faster treatment times
Clear and metal braces available.
Lets face it. You’ve got school, sports and hanging out with friends. Getting metal braces is not at the top of your list of things to do. You want the confidence of a great smile – let Invisalign Teen get you there with our virtually invisible clear aligners.
With NA Ortho's Worry Free Teen Guarantee, there is no need to worry about extra charges for misplaced aligners. If Invisalign turns out not to be right for your child, we will switch your teen to braces at no extra cost to you.
i Tero Element
With the iTero Element scanner, we digitally scan your teeth, providing an extremely accurate, goop-free digital orthodontic scan in minutes. The iTero Element scanner eliminates gagging and discomfort often experienced with traditional impressions. The digital scanning procedure ensures better fitting aligners, meaning faster and more comfortable treatment for you.
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends your child’s first visit to the Orthodontist to take place by age 7. It is usually difficult for a parent (and even a dentist) to determine if treatment is necessary because there are problems that can occur even though the front teeth look straight.
Many common tooth eruption and orthodontic problems can be addressed before they worsen. Early treatment can give us the ability to gain space for the developing permanent teeth and alter jaw growth. Early treatment may also shorten or eliminate the need for later treatment and/or later tooth extractions.
If no immediate treatment is needed, we will place your child on a recall program in which we will see them back once a year to continue evaluating jaw and tooth growth.
